Don has sold a LOT of cartoons in his career. Each numbered cartoon or illustration on the left side of this Blog is from a DIFFERENT magazine, newspaper, etc. Let's see if we can find out the total number of publications (places) where Don's work has appeared . . . . . (An unnumbered posting is a duplicate publication.)

130. Daily News Magazine

Our bet is on the man nearest the door. Isn't he going to be surprised when he wakes up in California, and won't the bus driver be surprised to find out that the traffic is worse there! But we don't blame him for wanting to get out of Manhattan. Don's wife Suzy rode the 23rd Street bus in New York City when the weather was so bad walking was impossible, and she has complete sympathy for this bus driver.
The Daily News printed this cartoon in its Sunday supplement on April 17, 1988.
