211. East Moline-Silvis News

This cartoon was bought by McNaught Syndicate, distributed to the East Moline-Silvis News (Illinois), and published Nov. 8, 1978. We've counted McNaught before (see post #1), but we haven't seen the "News" elsewhere.
Don't you think the kid in this cartoon is pretty smart? If he weren't, he'd get A's for "awful."
