Don has sold a LOT of cartoons in his career. Each numbered cartoon or illustration on the left side of this Blog is from a DIFFERENT magazine, newspaper, etc. Let's see if we can find out the total number of publications (places) where Don's work has appeared . . . . . (An unnumbered posting is a duplicate publication.)

89. Laugh Parade

Laugh Parade was published by Magazine Management Co. (See Don's publication # 30, Cartoons and Gags.) Laugh Parade was another all humor magazine. The title banner on the front is surrounded by these phrases--lest you can't tell by the three cartoons on the cover: JOKES -- OVER 200 CARTOONS & FUN GAGS. The cartoon here is from Vol. 9, No. 5, Sept. 1969. And below that this information is printed: THE BIGGEST LAUGH PARADE OF THE MOST FUNNY, WACKY, BELLY LAUGHING CARTOONS, GAGS, GIRLS, AND JOKES. (And only 35 cents.)
We don't blame this bride for being a bit miffed by having to carry the suitcase, but somehow doesn't Don's drawing make us think the groom got the worst end of the stick?
