Forum magazine is published by the owners of Penthouse, and it used to include cartoons like so many other publications. (We haven't mentioned that for a while.) According to Wikipedia, Forum is more journalistic than others of its ilk featuring editorials and opinion pieces on controversial contemporary topics. Don's cartoon shown here was printed in the September 1978 issue.
