We just have to share some funny gags (we think they are and so did the cartoon editors) even though the magazine has already been counted. So, no number here, just a laugh! We don't have a date when Cosmopolitan printed this cartoon, but we do know that the publisher, Helen Gurly Brown ("Sex and the Single Girl"), always gave the final okay.
