Executive Action Series was a newsletter publication by the Bureau of Business Practice. This gag appeared in #315, May 1986. Two other cartoons from other BBP publications are in postings #137 and 150.This courtroom scene lends itself to more than one version of this gag. Don has drawn a magician, rabbits and all, in the witness chair, and a pirate with a parrot on his shoulder. Too bad there aren't markets for the endless possibilities.
