This truck driver has the right attitude. We can only hope the price matches the apparent quality of the food -- low. Moneysworth printed this cartoon in its Oct. 29, 1973 issue. It was only 2" x 2" in the bottom right corner of a page. Very small, but at least the editor made sure Don's signature wasn't cut off. Notice it on the car's grill, or did you think the truck was a new Slovenian import? Mack Trucks watch out!
Don has sold a LOT of cartoons in his career. Each numbered cartoon or illustration on the left side of this Blog is from a DIFFERENT magazine, newspaper, etc. Let's see if we can find out the total number of publications (places) where Don's work has appeared . . . . . (An unnumbered posting is a duplicate publication.)
