It's hard to know what to say about this magazine. Yes, Plumpers and Big Women really is the title, and you can guess its slant when we tell you that it was published by Dugent Publishing, the publishers of Cavalier magazine. This cartoon, one of Don's milder ones, appeared in the August 1996 issue.
